Igualment m’ha inspirat la idea d’un Noé de ment oberta i disposat a acollir la diversitat en la seua vida, la qual cosa em resulta fàcil comprendre en una cançó més de les afroamericanes que tant parlen a favor de la tolerància.

Finalment afegiré que la forma a- és de reforçament per a l’arranjament musical, a l’hora de tocar la guitarra i adaptar la lletra a les notes.

Notes: He fet alguns canvis, respecte a la font original, la web de Dany Rosevear. Es tracta d’un diàleg entre mare i filla en què la mare fa costat a la xiqueta, en el seu procés d’aprenentatge del món de la costura, motiu pel qual he decidit posar guions en la versió en valencià.

Igualment m’ha semblat una cançó que diu, implícitament, “¡fil a l’agulla!”.

Finalment l’he qualificada de multicultural per l’explicació que ens fa la mestra, quan diu que és popular en diferents llengües (neerlandés i alemany) i en Escandinàvia i amb lletres distintes. Tot i això, és d’origen germànic, segons informació facilitada per Dany Rosevear. Les estrofes són un arranjament seu.

Fa molt de temps, hi havia un pastor que vivia sol,

lluny, en els turons, en una cabana feta de pedra.

Guardava la seua ovella i mantenien el rastre.

I, així, ell se n’alegrava i el gos movia la cua.

Durant la primavera ell veia com tots els anyells, en el seu joc,

movien les potes i, aleshores, eixien corrent.
