Nota: La forma aüela, del castellà abuela, és un castellanisme que no s’admet i que té com a paraules equivalents àvia i iaia, esta última, en més d’un cas, amb un sentit familiar.  Uns cosins meus saludaven, des de xiquet, amb iaia a una de les seues àvies i, en canvi, amb abuela a l’altra.  Les dos dones eren valencianoparlants.
