Dos alcaldes es barallen, (2)

per un hortet que tinc jo,

per a fer xalets de luxe

i plantar un camp de golf.

Two majors are arguing with them, (2)

que la terreta dels iaios

no la vendré a un foraster.

but nobody allows me to speak it.

A ton pare l’han vist

en el barranc de l’assut

amb les cames obertes

i pelant un tramús. 

Some people have seen your father

and peeling a lupin.
